Spot the Difference

Bill is really really bored. His owner, Mrs Pickle, is never bored. She loves reading, gardening, cooking and cleaning. Bill thinks all those things are very dull indeed, especially cleaning.

Can you spot the differences between these two scenes? Look very carefully and circle six differences between the two pictures.
